It has five independent microprocessor controlled heating zones; paraffin tank, nozzle, mold warmer, casette bath and the work platform. Paraffin flow can be either through a handswitch or a footswitch as required. The control panel with LCD displays temperatures of the five zones. The equipment can be programmed to start/stop at any day and time of the week. The working platform is brightly illuminated for clear visibilty during tissue orientation and embedding.Electrically heated forceps holder is provided on the work platform which can accomdate six forceps.
